COVID-19 TESTING - ZADAR REGION

- sampling and testing is carried out exclusively by prior order and appointment arranged via phone line 023/643-380
- order is possible every working day from 11:00 - 14.00 h
- sampling is carried out every working day from 08:00h - 12:00hat a designated place in front of a prefabricated building set up on the economic access of the Zadar Public Health Institute, Ljudevita Posavskog 7a, at the western entrance to the building of the OB Zadar Polyclinic (parking is provided for 2 hours)
- to make an appointment send the purchase order with personal data to narudzbenice-covid19@zjz-zadar.hr
- the price of the testing service is HRK 800.00 and has to be paid in advance
